Online Questionnaires


If you are taking part in a training and development programme using the Team Management Systems Profile, you can complete your Questionnaire online here.

To continue, you will need to enter a username and password. These will be provided by your registered TMS facilitator.

The Team Management Profile shows where you lie on the Team Management Wheel which displays the roles that need to be covered in a balanced, high-performing team.

By understanding the impact of preferences at work, and the value of diversity, you gain valuable insights into your own personal development, effective teamworking, and how to link personal performance with organisation and team goals.

Linking Skills Profile Questionnaire
 

 

The Linking Skills Profile is a multi-rater tool that clearly identifies a person's performance in fundamental people, task and leadership related skills.

 

The Profile explores the extent to which a person should and does demonstrate the key behaviours for each linking skill. Full colour graphics vividly show the range of responses and a comprehensive narrative report provides clear development guidelines.

Team Performance Profile Questionnaire 

  The Team Performance Profile is a 360-degree tool that gives a vivid snapshot in time of perceived team performance. Individual team members, and others who interact with the team, rank the importance of task areas and indicate how well they think the team is doing in each. Gives the team a foundation for review, decision making, and action planning.

Types of Work Profile Questionnaire
 

  The Types of Work Profile can be used as a multi-rater tool to give different views of the same job. Those completing the questionnaire rate the different types of work in relation to how critical they perceive them to be in ensuring succesful performance of the job. The Profile gives a foundation for job design, evaluation, position and development at all levels within the organisation and at all career stages.
